Led design for Boston Commons, a strata-titled office building development resulting in 100% of offices sold within the intended sales period.

Brief
Cedar Woods was developing a new strata-titled office building in Williams Landing and needed a brand that would appeal to young professionals running small businesses, with many already living in the area. The name, Boston Commons, had already been decided, and the identity had to build on that urban reference while still feeling local and accessible.

Solution
I drew inspiration from city-based commercial offerings, bringing that aesthetic into a suburban context. The logo was minimal but distinctive, with a typeface that felt clean and professional, yet carried just enough personality. We used a deep red colour to connect back to the masterbrand (which I also rebranded), giving the precinct its own identity while maintaining cohesion. I rolled the identity out across all marketing touchpoints which include building signage, brochures, EDMs, digital screen layouts, and floorplan graphics.

Result
The campaign was a success. 100% of strata offices were sold within the intended sales period. Off the back of that, Cedar Woods continued to engage us across additional developments, reinforcing the strength and adaptability of the brand work.
